Robert (Bob) A. Payne, President of Cedar Rock Environmental, P.C. (Cedar Rock), has over 30 years of diversified experience in environmental geology. Bob formed Cedar Rock in 1994 after realizing that many property owners had no one to turn to, to help them deal with their oil storage tanks. Cedar Rock has investigated over 4,000 residential and commercial sites for soil contamination from leaking petroleum storage tanks. Cedar Rock offers its clients experienced tank abandonment and removal services, along with environmental assessment when necessary. Cedar Rock is licensed to offer geological services in North Carolina.
